"Emily and team are the absolute best. World-class customer service. They have proven this to me every time I have called them. I am updating my review here just to say again how impressed I am with them after talking to Emily today about some questions that I had. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my insurance needs. Called the office today to ask some questions about a claim and Emily took my call and was very kind and understanding. I was transferred to the claims office and once again I was met with employees who were very friendly, courteous, and treated me like a valued customer. On top of all that, they totally took care of me and helped me open a claim. I have had State Farm insurance for 35 years and I would never go anywhere else. Thanks Emily!"

"They take your money then won’t pick up your calls. Quoted 350 but still tried to charge me 500/month!!!! Literally the most UNPROFESSIONAL insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Please stay away from these people"
